About our Function Room

Bilton Club has a fantastic function room for hire for birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, games nights, corporate events, product launches and many other events.

The key features are:

  • Overall room size 16 x 13 metres (51 x 42 feet)
  • Seating at tables for 250 people
  • Overall capacity for 400 people
  • Wooden dance floor 10 x 6 metres (31 x 20 feet)
  • Elevated stage 6.5 x 3.5 metres (21 x 11 feet)
  • Self-contained PA system
  • Stage/disco lighting
  • Bar
  • Disabled access

The room hire rates are as follows:

  • Children’s birthday parties – £50 for two hours
  • Meetings etc – £25 per hour
  • Functions – call or email us to discuss your requirements and we will quote you a price

The above charges are indicative only and we will give you an individual price based on your requirements and expected use of the bar and other facilities.

You can provide your own catering and band or disco, but we are happy to provide contact details for local trusted companies which have worked with us for many years and come highly recommended.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of the booking and the balance is required 7 days prior to the event.  If you cancel within 7 days of the date of the event, the full hire charge is payable.
